Enable your task manager if its disable by admin.
just simple do that with 5 simple steps..
1. go to start menu from task bar
2. click on RUN
3. paste that code in run
REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableTaskMgr /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
4. click on ok button
5. press ctrl+alt+delete and your task manager is working
