Track if any of ur programs is secretly accessing

Track if any of ur programs is secretly accessing
(spyware, trojans)
in the cmd prompt type netstat -b 5 > activity.txt
after around 30 secs press ctrl+c
then type activity.txt
and chk for all the programs using tcp protocol
if any of the programs is untrusted uninstall it
